How long does shipping usually take?

What if my SodPods arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your SodPods arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement right away.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your SodPods every step of the way.
Do you ship nationwide?
We ship throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Due to climate and shipping restrictions, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, California, or Puerto Rico. All eligible orders are shipped using climate-controlled methods to help ensure healthy arrival.
How are SodPods packaged?
SodPods are carefully packaged in breathable containers with moisture control to keep them fresh during transit. Each pod is individually secured to prevent damage.
